This is a simple cash transaction by cash, wired funds or certified check. Once you have decided on the vehicle of your choice we will ask for a $1000 deposit. Your deposit holds the vehicle until you have the opportunity of visiting us and inspecting the vehicle. If the vehicle is acceptable and you wish to finalize your purchase, we will then ask for an additional amount representing a total of 10% of the purchase price pending your other financial arrangements. If for any reason you are unable to complete the purchase, we will retain 5% as liquidated damages. If you are unable to personally inspect the vehicle, we are happy to have your representative inspect the vehicle for you. There are several knowledgeable people in the area and we can supply a list if you wish.
